This airport hotel is located in the thriving Northeast/Airport business community. It is just five minutes from the terminal, yet a world away from the hustle and bustle of the airport. Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 101 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     I was going to stay here for a night but I left my wallet at home. I reserved my room with one of my credit cards. I was about to check in and I told the guy to just use the card on file. He told me no and that I should’ve brought my wallet with me. I could tell that him and the lady behind the counter were criticizing me in their own language. I just found the whole interaction very unprofessional. I wouldn’t stay here again even if I had my wallet on hand

    There is construction on the 3rd floor that started at 7:45AM on a Saturday. I complained several times. The manager at the front desk lied to me and said no workers were on-site and then said they weren't making noise. I went up to the third floor twice to witness the work being done. What bothers me most is that I was lied to by the person at the front desk.

    Nice large kitchen suite, good price. Only complaints were that the kitchen had no towels for washing kitchen items, and no soap for the dishwasher. Tub was small, and suites are dated. However, suite was clean, large, adequate all round. Liked it but May look elsewhere next time.

    My spouse and I had just flown into Calgary to begin our summer vacation in June 2025 and spent our first night of the trip (a Saturday night) at this Hampton near the airport. We had a late flight, and so we didn't check into the hotel until around 10 or 11 p.m.The check-in process went relatively smoothly, and we were upgraded to one of the suites! The suite (#207) was very nice and big! Completely separate bedroom from the bathroom, kitchen, living room, etc. Definitely a great way to start our vacation!I can't speak to the amenities (such as the pool)... because we didn't have time to use them during our stay. However, we did have a good breakfast here before starting our drive to the Banff area.Altogether, this was a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay!

    This is a 3 star hotel and to price gouge is disappointing. We paid over 500 dollars for a room which I will say is nothing to write home about we have always stayed here when travelling but this was the last time. We were just at a 5 star hotel in Nashville perhaps they should have a look and then they will know what a 500 dollar a night hotel looks like. This is not one.
