    Excellent hotel near the airport. Clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The onsite restaurant had good food, too. We would absolutely stay here again.     We stayed in this hotel on our way to a cruise. They kindly kept our winter traveling clothes while we were away for 2 weeks. Good food and great service for all the staff. Great beds and clean rooms. Can't wait for our next stay with them.     I was told I would get a call from a Manager yesterday and 24 hours later I have still not heard from them. Belle J, at Hotel 11, MOD A Sonesta Collection, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your feedback, Verity.On your check-in date, our hotel shuttle picked you up and our manager on duty personally talked to you to address your concerns. As your matter was handled directly at that time, no additional follow-up call from another manager was scheduled.During your conversation, the manager explained our shuttle policy which includes two complimentary trips per reservation, with a fee applying to any additional trips. It was also confirmed that your reservation was prepaid and non-refundable in accordance with the booking terms.When you later returned to the hotel, you collected your belongings but did not formally notify the front desk that you had decided not to check in. As a result, we were not aware of your final decision and were unable to offer further assistance before you chose to stay elsewhere.We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope this explanation provides clarity regarding the situation.

    Second visit, still love it

    It was my second visit and I’m still pleasantly surprised by the hotel! From the fact that you can call them when you land so the shuttle can come pick you up; to how comfortable the beds are, the hotel is a good place to stay! The staff is also friendly and efficient! My only point to improve would be to have Pepsi available haha Otherwise I truly enjoyed it! Definitely recommend for anyone to stay there!     Really bad water pressure! Don't use conditioner in your hair if you stay here. Ok staff front desk, could have been nicer. As part of our green hotel initiative, we use low-flow showerheads to support water conservation while still aiming to provide a comfortable experience. That said, we’ll have our maintenance team check the water pressure in your room to ensure everything was working properly. Our in-room amenities, including the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, are often complimented by guests, many even ask where they can purchase them, though we understand everyone has different preferences. Regarding our front desk staff, they are typically praised for their professionalism and friendliness, and we stand behind the hard work they do every day to make our guests feel welcome. We’re sorry if your experience felt otherwise and appreciate you sharing your perspective.
