    Excellent service, great facility and amenities. The gym has chilled towels with mint for post workout refreshment. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean and I loved the in floor heating.

    Locations was fantastic, within walking distance of all amenities. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious and the view at night was spectacular with the city lights.     Excellent choice for downtown!

    This hotel was excellent, as always they live up to my expectations. Location downtown is usually easy to getto when road construction is not a nusicance. Quiet and calm atmosphere for the most part. Two conventions were on the go and that was adventuresome. In all honesty, I like seeing how busy it was. The room was comfortable and I slept well. Noise wise, being downtown you certainly get the traffic noise. but that is realistic and to be expected.     The hotel itself is amazing and they had security in the lobby but surrounding area is filled with homeless and addicts. That is the only reason for a 4, nothing to do with the hotel itself, just the company in the vicinity. We let them know it was our anniversary and they surprised us with a dessert!     I attended a conference at the hotel. The hotel provided meals and snacks including limitless beverages. The staff were conscientious in meeting the needs of the participants.
