    this is our go to hotel in the St Jacobs/Waterloo area It's clean, the rooms are big. the breakfast is great for a hotel breakfast Staff are friendly and efficientMy only complaint is the coffee isn't that great

    Comfortable, modern spacious room and bathroom, all squeaky clean. Bar and restaurant downstairs, and complimentary breakfast. Extremely well priced, will stay there again.

    Fourth time we have used this hotel as a base to explore the surrounding area. Hotel was just as we have found each time we have used - friendly staff, well appointed, quiet at night and good breakfast choices.Walking distance to St Jacobs market on the days it is on and great location next to the 85 which can take you to the 7 or 8 with no issues. Also good location for access to Conestega Mall, Supermarkets, restaurants and a number of antique centres.Will use again without question.

    Clean Hotel in an Excellent Location

    This is a nice, clean hotel. We had a spacious room overlooking the St. Jacobs Playhouse across the street. All the hotels in the area are close to the theatre, which is handy. Bed was firm with two different pillow options. Shower had good water pressure. One switch at the door turns all the lights off. TV was a good size with lots of channels to choose from.There were a variety of breakfast options, but the oatmeal was very runny and lukewarm. The home fries were cold and dry, at least by the time I got to them. The mini-scones were dry as well. So they could up their breakfast game, for sure. The coffee urns are far from the food and while they may be frequently changed during the morning rush, it seems they're not changed often throughout the day (i.e. if you want coffee later, it may be cold).We didn't use the pool but it looked nice.

    Easy to get to location and right next to restaurants in the area. Very clean and right off of the highway. Breakfast was good and hot. The gym needs to be open 24/7 however as my only item I would like to see this hotel change in the future. Great place for a night or many.
