Hotel is very dated.Pipes banged all night. Doors paperthin walking down the hall talking. It feels like they’re right next to you. Cable tv didn’t work. Seems like Hotel is used to have some low income, long-term residents. Was only here for the night to sleep and would not use it again

Terrible experience! Walked in checked the accommodations and walked out. I cannot comprehend how this motel is backed by the Wyndham Group. There were unkept people loitering around the entrance and the corridors. Upon entering these premises the smell was disgusting and it was evident that hygiene standards are none existent. We observed dirt and left over food in the corridors, heard numerous dogs barking and people yelling. Our assigned room was filthy and did not appear to have been cleaned after the previous occupants. The room was run down and freezing. We returned our key to the receptionist who failed to inquire why we were leaving although I informed her that the accommodations were not acceptable.

In any hotel you can get a loud neighbour who ruins the stay, and that happened to us. We had a neighbour keep us awake from 3:30 to 4:30 am with a weird combination of loud phone discussions, loud video clips, and loud sex. Normally I wouldn't hold it against the hotel but in this case is that it was entirely predictable based on what we saw when we checked in late in the day. The place is completely run down and the vibe is extremely seedy. As we checked in we observed what appeared to be a prostitute walk from the rooms and into the bar.

The room was huge and my kids loved the pool. I didn't make it to breakfast lol. Parking was easy. Excellent location for restaurants, shopping, highway access.
