    Great hotel in Banff

    Really great stay at the Banff Park Lodge. I was there for a conference and my family came along with me. The pool facilities were lovely--clean, comfortable and really nice. My kids adored it. The gym was a bit small (just a little room off the pool). The construction wasn't great but I can't wait to come back when it's all finished because I think it would be really nice. Would've been great if they had a diffuser attachment for the hair dryer at the front desk as I had to run out and buy one. The food was all amazing and delicious--breakfast at Crave was perfect, the buffet for lunch was so good and the room service was also excellent. I think they should really invest in smart TVs because I've never seen Tvs that old in a hotel before, or at least chromecasting abilities. The girl at the front desk was a bit confused about everything but most of the other staff were really nice and helpful, especially at the restaurant. The location cannot be beat--easy walk to almost everything and great restaurants out the front door. We will be back!

    Nice Hotel close to Main Street near

    Stayed at this hotel for two nights. Great location near Main Street. Lots of bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Neat and clean room however washroom is a bit on smaller side. Customer would appreciate more if the quality of in-room coffee is improved and cream pods are available.     Another Great Stay at Banff Park Lodge.

    I have stayed at Banff Park Lodge many times. The quality of the hotel and it's location cannot be beat. Be warned, there was street construction and hotel renovations going on when I stayed. Check with the hotel to find out the status. It impacts check in and parking.     Restaurants on site, near other restaurants and cafes in town

    We arrived early (noon) at Banff Park Lodge and found the road in front of the hotel, as well as 2 other hotels nearby, closed off due to a gas leak. Hotel staff told us that they would contact me when it was safe and my room was ready, which they did around 4pm. Check-in went smoothly. The room was slightly larger than average, newly furnished, with a clean, modern look, and came with a fridge, microwave, and 2 Queen beds. There's a fairly large heated indoor pool on-site that is popular with families. Unfortunately, our room didn’t come with complementary breakfast. The restaurant on-site, Crave, serves breakfast buffet for around $27. On Friday nights, Crave has a dinner buffet with a wide selection of dishes for $39, which is one of the best deals in Banff for dinner. There’s another restaurant on-site, La Terrazza, and an indoor pool at the hotel. There are many restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk from the hotel, if you choose to dine elsewhere. Parking charge (underground) is $14 per night.     The best hotel

    The best hotel we got to stay in on our road trip ! Even though it's undergoing renovations this does not impact on your stay .By far the most comfortable and quiet stay we have experienced . The rooms are clean, well appointed and very luxurious. Modern decoration. Conveniently located to the centre of town .There are plenty of restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel . I highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed. Under ground parking available for guests at $14 a day.
