Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 122 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The pleasantly heated water of the indoor and outdoor pools guarantees comfortable swimming. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. The hotel's location is particularly ideal for skiers. After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym.     I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years and rarely write reviews, but my experience at Blackstone Mountain Lodge by CLIQUE truly exceeded my expectations.I mentioned before arriving that I would be celebrating my birthday in Canmore, and when I checked in, I was upgraded to an incredible suite which was easily one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The thoughtful birthday card, sweets, and drinks waiting in the room made the experience even more special and put me in a great mood for the celebration.A sincere thank you to the hotel staff and management for going above and beyond. Your hospitality and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable.

    Great hotel Really nice staff is great outdoor hottub and pools are a huge plus... Close to highway expected some noise over there and no issue.Would recommend and stay again. About 10 min walk to dt. Location is a convienience.Mountains and views can be spectacularFor sure would and will stay again.

    Great hotel. Warm pool for kids even in winter! Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay again! Only issue was we had to park on the street bc our vehicle had a ski topper on it so it was over the allotted amount to be able to park in the underground parking for the hotel. Parking was difficult to find a spot during the evening but fine during the day.     I had a personal situation and how it was handled by the staff at the Blackstone Lodge was amazing. GM, Corey returned my calls promptly and followed with emails. His staff member Jennifer picked up the ball and had my matter handled with expertise and kindness. It is rare in this day and time that staff goes above and beyond to help customers, but the staff at Blackstone are exceptional. I am looking forward to thanking them in person when I am able to get out there.
