Location

The hotel is located in the beautiful town of Canmore, on Bow Valley Trail, halfway between Benchlands Trail and Railway Avenue. Canmore is at the base of the majestic Three Sisters mountain. Restaurants, bars, shops and the bus station can all be reached within around 5 minutes on foot. Canmore Nordic Centre is about 3 km away, while Calgary International Airport is approximately 93 km away.

Facility

187 non-smoking rooms, including 4 junior suites and 4 suites, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Daily newspapers are available for purchase. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 3 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in the indoor pool. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, fishing and horse riding are available. Water sports enthusiasts are offered canoeing. With skiing, tobogganing and snowboarding opportunities, the hotel offers the perfect base from which to enjoy winter sports or just a relaxing winter holiday. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and bowling. A spa, a sauna and hydrotherapy treatments are available in the wellness area. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include an entertainment programme and live music.

Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a breakfast room and a bar. A continental breakfast guarantees a great start to the day. The hotel also offers picnics.

    If you’re looking for a good night sleep the trains won’t let you sleep. The pool was closed.Wouldn’t open the restaurant earlier even though there was over 120 Aussies that had to leave by 7 am.     Everything is awesome and helpful. Your customer service exceed the experience. Incredible Front Desk every single staff, your housekeeping did awesome job and welcoming; awesome job, welcoming, lots variety/good deal for 8.99 dollars, and really good breakfast too. I like lounge as well other side free coffee and variety tea. free item coffee package, bar soap, mouthwash, lotion, conditioner, & shampoo. I like the new renovated room.     WHAT A DUMP!!!

    STAY AWAY!!! Check-in was awful. Rooms filfthy.Kids were throwing up in the pool and when the front desk was notified - they just brushed it off. A week later they made news for hospitilazing 11 children on January 25, 2026.Whoever owns this hotel should be arrested for gross negligence and the Town of Canmore should condem the building!     The f4ont drsk staff was very friendly and had great customer service. The pool and waterslide were great for the kids. The room was up to date and clean. The walls and floors are thin however. The people above us were very loud. Like bricks on their feet and it sounded like they were moving furniture. It would be quiet for a bit but then 10 minutes of noise, then quiet for a bit then more noise. Knowing this is a one off deal I would still highly recommend the hotel.     Nice overnight hotel, We were traveling with a dog and 2 teenagers, the dog was less trouble than the teenagers!!
