Location

This hotel is located in the town of Canmore in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The town centre with its shops is only 2 km from the hotel, Bow River and Centennial Park are 2.5 km away and the Nordic Centre ski slopes are just a 15-minute drive. Banff is 20 min by car, Lake Louise is 40 min and Calgary is 1h30.

Facility

99 non-smoking rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The holiday village offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, room service, a laundry service, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. Guests can also use the bicycle storage facilities.

Leisure activities and facilities at the complex include skiing, a gym and hiking or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking. Ski passes are available locally. A casino offers fun and entertainment.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast every day, and a set menu can be ordered at lunch and dinner. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
