    I stayed at the Lake Louise Inn for a single night, but it was a great experience! We had our dog with us, and the Inn was the best option in town to accommodate all of us. We were given a free room upgrade, and I was so thankful for that, as it put us on the ground level. I used all the amenities and explored the grounds, which are super comfortable and host amazing views of the surrounding Rockies. The food at Legends and Timberwolf was delicious, and the local beers made the evening special as we chatted with other patrons. 100% would return to the Lake Louise Inn!     Our group is very thankful for the warm welcome we received at Lake Louise Inn. That day, we had to leave our destination campground due to a bear presence and ended up hiking 20 km with heavy backpacks in snowfall and having no place to sleep. We are especially thankful to the receptionist who greeted us (on May-18-2026 around 9pm), and was so friendly and understanding. That was exactly what we needed after a long and hard day.     Amazing TWO MONTHS Stay

    We spent TWO MONTHS at the Lake Louise Inn and loved it ! First they gave us a really good deal with the INNSider membership. Then we rented the NEWLY RENOVATED 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom LOFT with a small kitchen which was great. Make sure you get one of the renovated rooms, the older ones aren't that great.Staff are very friendly and helpful, everything works, amenities and restaurants are nice, we felt the company has systems and processes centered around the customers. Everything very convenient for skiing, hiking and then relaxing. Also not very loud even during busy times. Of course nothing luxurious but highly practical and convenient. Very much recommended.     Disappointing

    The room was tired and dated and very noisy. We could hear the people above walking around and the people in the adjacent rooms. We were advised on check in that the pool was out of order. No refund, no complimentary voucher to use in the restaurant. We were looking forward to spending the afternoon relaxing and this was not communicated to us in advance. The Timberwolf restaurant was by far the most expensive on our trip and this was just for pizza and lasagna. Yes the food was good but not worth the high price. The breakfast was very good and the service from the staff was good. Just a shame that we could not use the pool and did not receive any compensation for this.
