    Relaxing, quiet and cozy. Our condo was very clean, beds were comfy and bathroom was well stocked with towels and robes to wear to the pool. Would definitely recommend this lodge to stay at.

    I had high hopes for this stay, however it did fall a bit short. The main frustration we had was that there was no ability to control the temperature in the room, as the thermostat was locked up inside a plastic casing. It was still quite warm while we were staying there during the day but having the windows opened in the evening did help cool it down. It states the units have air conditioning but I would say that is a stretch if you can't actually control it. The unit itself was clean, but furniture was dated. The bed was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs underneath. No TV in the separate bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked, living area and bathroom were a good size. No hand soap provided which was disappointing. Quite noisy in the hotel as you can hear guests stomping above you (recommend requesting a unit on the top floor). Location is on the outskirts of town so can be a bit awkward to find. Extremely limited surface parking (perhaps 8-10 cars) but we were fortunate to have a space underground. No phone in the room so unable to call front desk unless dialing the hotel phone number. I would consider staying here again if there was a control over the thermostat and had a room on the top floor. Otherwise I will certainly try to get accommodations elsewhere as a first choice.

    We had a very weird experience in this hotel. While they try to be posh when it comes to rooms furnishings and the price tag, the service is really almost equal to cheap motel. Reception staff completely indifferent and not even present 24/7. The hotel operates on its own from I think 11 to 7 in the morning. Also do not that there is a cleaning fee if you dont wash dishes or smth. The hotel is not located downtown but close to the highway. All the above definitely do not reflect the price tag attached. Ill pass next time and suggest you do too.

Sally's expertise in finding us the perfect suite for our 10-day stay was impressive, while Emma's warm welcome and personal touch – calling us by name from the very beginning – made us feel like family.     Stayed with them last summer for my little sister's wedding (in a standard hotel room), and enjoyed the experience enough to book a suite for my anniversary the next year!Love the provided kitchen amenities, I was capable of cooking simpler meals almost as easily in my room as I can in my own kitchen. Laundry facilities are in suite, which is wonderful for a few days stay.Housekeeping is minimal (which I prefer); it's *your* place for the duration of your booking!
