    Great centrally located hotel in the heart of Jasper. The hotel seems and looks a little dated, however the rooms were comfortable and super clean. Staff friendly. The bar attached was good value for money on food.

    Cute property. I had an odd shaped room that was very comfortable and clean overlooking a municipal park. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was right above a loud pub, but in the room I heard nothing. No idea what time the pub closed.

    Would have given a minus score if possible!! Booked for 2 nights, but could only manage one. The room was dated, very noisy, the room seemed to vibrate & the net curtains look as if they need a good wash. The bedding looked clean but our overall view was it wasn’t a nice place. We checked out early the next day & the staff didn’t seem at all bothered when we told them we were leaving earlier than planned. It hasn’t made us want to visit Jasper again which is probably a shame, as the people we met in the town seemed really nice.

    Pleasant hotel. I was in a large corner room looking out on the railroad station. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not too noisy. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is conviently located in the center of town.

    This is a loud, party hotel run by a completely dismissive staff. There were people partying in several rooms on every floor with their doors open. The hot tubs were full of people getting drunk and rowdy. My daughter did not feel comfortable, so we left.We were woken at 2am by a rowdy group next door to our room who left their door wide open as the laughed shouted and played guitar. It took several calls to the front desk before they did anything about it. In the end all they did was apologize to group and asked them to close their door. The front end attendant kept apologizing and insisting that it was just because we were complaining so much. They kept partying and playing guitar until 4 am without any consequences.I voiced my displeasure when checking out and the manager didn't care much at all. He said that his staff handled the situation well. He seemed quite confident for someone who was not on site and did not witness any of the events that transpired. He kept giving me the same insincere response of "I'm sorry it didn't meet your standard" and then offered a lousy 10% off of the nightly rate.I wish I had read more reviews before booking as I see the same complaint from many other guests on various platforms.
