Location

The hotel is ideally located in Jonquière, Ville de Saguenay, in the heart of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean area. It is easily accessible from the regional motorway and close to all the area's attractions. Most hotels only offer golf and tennis attractions, but this hotel is proud to announce that it is in close proximity to several snowmobile trails as well. The Old Port area, which features bike trails and entertainment, is a few kilometres away from the hotel. Access to the public transport network is on the hotel's doorstep.

Facility

The hotel has 3 suites, 90 single rooms and 62 double rooms, which are located on 10 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     I'm an experienced traveler, I'm so impressed with the customer service and all the small attentions, chocolates, phone call at the room, cold towels at the gym. Everything was perfect for us! We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. The staff was simply amazing 👏 Bravo to all the staff especially Sandrine she was exceptional. We are originally from Ottawa Ontario and we were suppose to stay only 1 night ended up staying 3. The pool was pristine, the gym was so clean. The hotel restaurant was great and they even had an adult only section!! Pure awesomeness! I would highly recommend this place 100%. We will definitely be back with family and friends 🧡

    I do not understand that in 2024 only one microwave per floor is available and a very very small bar fridge . Plenty of room in the room . I ask the front desk for more English channel and was basically given the cold shoulder from the front desk clerk . Clerk told me , it was up to the Director but she already told me he or she won’t support my request . I am fully aware that is very simple and easy to get done because i got it done in Edmonton Courtyard hotel month before . It was done in less than 8 hours . Nice location , quiet room , nice gym , sauna was not working , lot of parking but very busy . Besides that it was good place to stay .

    Over booking! Bad service!

    Delta hôtel Saguenay convention centre. Québec Canada. I made my reservation back in novembre 2023 for june 22nd to june 24th 2024. On april 18 i received e-mail from the hotel saying they did over-booking and they cancel my reservation. I called the hotel and they told me they did over-booking for over 50 clients. All those clients will receive the same e-mail i received. I had to look for an other room in a diffrent hotel. I found one but 45 minutes from Delta hotel. I'm a reporter and i have to do an article on the aircraft show in Saguenay. This bad service will be expose in my article. Sorry for my bad english, my web site is a french website.

    Delta Conference Centre hotel that needs improvements

    Hard to believe this is a Marriot Delta hotel and conference centre with its many shortcomings. Mobile key is not possible until you check-in in person. There is no pantry store or vending machines! Make sure you bring all your goodies, as they don't have chips, ice cream, chocolate bars, aspirin, etc. Is this a motel?Boston Pizza resto attached which is not bad and is where the breakfast is served (not free).In the winter time this hotel is cold. The hallways are freezing, as there is no heating whatsoever. The rooms themselves have trouble heating higher than 23 deg. Small fridge (no freezer compartment). No microwave, although I did see a common one at the end of the hallway. Keurig machine in the room. Bathroom is good. Internet is not great.Housekeeping policy: Clean room only every 3 days (for stays over 4 nights), but provide new towels and coffee daily if needed. This policy is like an extended stay hotel but without the kitchenettes!Strange how there are no reviews yet in 2024. No review responses from management either.

    The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are big and modern. The bathrooms have been renovated and are much better without the ugly plastic shower curtain and slippery tub. The showers have lots of room and the tiles are not slippery. The beds are comfortable and you have a selection of pillows to find the one you like. The gym is simple but effective. The pool is clean and a good size. Cost for the room is decent and staff are friendly and courteous. They are also bilingual.
