    Nice hotel with welcoming amenities. Pool area was terrific with a splash pad/child oriented theme. Bedroom was clean and well appointed. Restaurant was good.     Not a 4 star hotel service or food but acceptable , so pretty expensive for what we receive

    200$ a night a 4 star they should be able to do our beds when we ask for service , change towels for one day use and not making bed not a plus for me ! Plus the restaurant was really average , no elaborate cuisine for a 4 star , I could have the same plate a St Hubert restaurant and way too expensive for what it was …. Rooms are large and all commodities ( ac, coffee, fridge, tv and bathroom amenities ) Jean-Benoit Gilbert, Directeur général at Le Montagnais Saguenay, responded to this review We are sorry to learn our hotel dosn't met you expectations

    Everything was overall great, staff is very nice, room is clean and beautiful. Easy to access, lots of parking. Huge clean pool and hot tub. The food at their restaurant is delicious but if you prefer to got out, everyting is close by. Would go there again.     The room was a bit outdated as well the hotel grounds. You can hear all the noise from the neighbor room. The food was ok, drinks from the restaurant were pretty good. There is a funky smell in the carpet, as if it was old and humid. The service was not that good.
