    Bad experience from the start. Had 2 rooms booked. Check in is at 2 pm. We arrived at 4. One room ready and the other not. Asked when the other room will be available. The clerk said didn’t know, they were fully booked last night and cleaners called in sick. She couldn’t of cared less or showed any empathy. Paid for two rooms with King beds got two rooms with double beds. Very poor customer service 👎🏻

    Pet friendly, drive-up rooms great perk

    Conveniently right off the Trans-Canada Highway and a couple of gas stations. Quick and efficient check-in. Clean pet-friendly room, hard flooring (no carpet), comfy bed. Extremely noisy heater, and some noise overnight in the hallway from other guests. Jungle Jim's restaurant accessible from the lobby, but we didn't go as we had already eaten. Receptionist offered perks for the pup upon check-in: the dog took gladly to the proffered treat, but took disdain to the somewhat smelly old flat sheet that was offered as bedding for him. Appreciate the thought though! The (locking) patio door opened into the parking lot, making it easy to load/unload the car, as well as to take the dog out easily without having to go to the main entrance. Super convenient, loved the drive-up feature - especially great for pet owners as well as motorcyclists (who don't usually travel with rolling luggage).

    Comfort Inn...you NEED to do better! My husband and I travelled from NS to NL and chose to stay here one night with our one year old small dog- as they were pet friendly. ($25 extra charge)Unfortunately, it was convenient but not comfortable. The room smelled so bad when we entered! But it was a pet room after all. The carpet showed clear signs of that.The glass throughout the building was smeared and smudged with dirty hand prints (and whatever else) everywhere. Although the guy on front desk was friendly, he could not speak or understand English well. Complimentary tea and coffee, better like whitener instead of milk.The worst part was grabbing a towel off the bar to dry my face after a shower and finding out it was soiled. It was partially wet and there was makeup on it. The towels were layered on the towel bar with a hand towel and facecloth over top. YUCK!At almost $200 for one night- you HAVE to do better!

    Ok hotel , dont come as a team, front desk staff (chris) called police on a group of parents just chatting in the ice machine room! Hotel isn’t much to speak of let alone dealing with that! Team spent a lot of money on rooms with Comfort Inn, would not recommend!

    Rooms are clean, got most all you need for a comfortable night. Customer service is perfect. This is the only comfort inn I’ve stayed at that does not offer a continental breakfast. There is a restaurant on site that is open fairly early. It would have been cheaper to book through third party rather than directly with hotel. I would stay there again
