    Bug filled hotel

    This hotel is full of bugs. When I moved into my room the window screen was broken on all sides. The broken windows in my room were covered in spiders. The front desk is aware of the spiders and said pest control will come next week. It was an absolute nightmare. I will NEVER stay here again. Spiders on the outside of the broken windows, and the inside as well as dead bugs. I can’t believe they put anyone in that room. After moving rooms for the night they offered me a breakfast voucher, what a joke. I am not staying in this hotel one minute longer than I have to. I sincerely hope the manager will follow up with me as I paid full price to be absolutely terrified as they put me in a room filled with deadly spiders. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

    No furniture to store clothing during an extended stay.

    The Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort in Cranbrook, BC has always been well above average. I have stayed at this location more than a dozen times over the past several years. The facility is currently going through a remodeling process and the guest rooms have no furniture to store clothing necessary for an extended stay. My wife's clothing was laid out on every table in my room. I am a retired airline pilot and am used to "living" out of a suit case, my wife, not so much. It was an inconvenience I didn't expect. We were at the facility for five days and cloths were everywhere! The hotel has been a great place to stay in the past. Here's hoping the remodeling will include dressers for clothing storage in the future.

    Spacious room. Kitchen in room was well stocked with excellent appliances. The room had a large sitting area with table and chairs. Large bathroom with plush towels and nice amenities. Hotel is attached to a restaurant and Pub. We visited both and enjoyed the service and food.

    AMAZING STAY

    We had a wonderful stay on July 31/24 . We were greeted by reception with pure professionals, who were full of smiles, courteous and made us feel very welcome and answered all of our questions. The atmosphere was beautiful from when you first walk in. Rooms were spacious, clean and wonderful amenities (Keurig, coffee, tea, fridge, blow-dryer) that you need for your stay. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long day traveling and so clean with a shower and restroom available right there, the kids and I enjoyed it very much. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, (sorry I can't remember the name) everyone of our meals was delicious with great presentation and service was excellent, prices were fair. We will definitely recommend and be back! It's been a long time since we have had such a wonderful stay at a hotel, this was such an amazing place.

    Very nice front desk lady. Super sweet and helpful. Clean rooms and well kept. Nice and friendly staff. Food in pub was ok but was not as great as I expected for price. Refrigerator would not get cold. Didn't have time to check out the pool or spa as we came in late and check out is a bit early.
