Great Weekend at the Ramada

Our sports team stayed at the Ramada Hotel for two nights. The rooms were very clean. The oversized mini fridge was a good feature. The staff at the front desk throughout the weekend were very good to interact with. I couldnt figure out how to turn on the air conditioning in my room and they immediately came to my room to assist me. There was always ice water in the front entrance to access. They allowed us to use the breakfast area for preparing team meals. They allowed us late checkouts so that our players could shower after the Sunday morning game. The staff kept the pool open an hour later on Saturday night to accommodate the sports teams there. The rooms were quiet, as I didnt hear my neighbours. The only thing that could improve was breakfast. Offering simple fruits like oranges, apples or bananas would have been a nice option. Often the food trays were empty and no food was available (no eggs, bread, meats). I know the staff was working on replenishing it, but it took quite a long time so we ended up leaving the hotel to grab fast food.

The staff is great! The rooms are clean. The continental breakfast is really good with lots of options for everyone. Very dog friendly.

Excellent friendly service, great amenities and location. The hot tub in the hotel proved to be an amazing feature in the hotel for the cold nights I stayed there!
