    Excellent customer service by all level of staff. The room is spacious and clean. Newer beddings. Centrally located and plenty of parking space.

    After traveling in our camper van for days, staying here was a treat. We were greeted by a very helpful person at the front desk. The room was spotless. Breakfast was wonderful, lots to choose from. Eggs, 3 different meats, waffles, yum. We would stay here again. Thank you to the staff.     Not the same service as it used to be

    I’ve stayed at this property dozens of times. This trip I booked 2 rooms that can accommodate 8 people, they wanted to charge an addition $40 for the 4 people checking in with me as I only booked for 2 per room. They also id’d all guestsSince one guest checked in early, they considered that the 4 I was checking in with were all in one room and wanted an additional $20 per head, even though one friend checked in alone earlier. None of us use the free breakfast at this venue so there would be no additional costs for the additional people but they insisted on charging extra. My two additional friends decided by principle that this was crazy so they opted to go to the new hotel down the road. Likely that’s where I’ll be staying the next time I stay in Dawson Creek.     Due to family living in Dawson I have stayed at almost every hotel in DC. I found this one to be the most friendly and clean. I have had some bad experiences staying in DC hotels and for once I walked away feeling like I wasn’t in the middle of no mans land. The receptionists were extremely friendly and welcoming. Elevator was quick. Room was spacious and quiet. The grab and go breakfast was good! Very thoughtful to have their version of an egg mc muffin included. My only complaint would be they didn’t offer any sort of dairy product for the coffee in the morning. Coffee Mate just doesn’t do it!
