We are a big crew and we have to leave early for our job early. This lady only her, this morning we are just grabbing cereals as breakfast food isn't ready yet. When she is on the shift she wont allow our crew to get anything from the breakfast area. But the other staff makes brrakfast early and good attitude. Great spacious room. Clean room, bed was comfy and pillows were comfy. Was nice and quiet.Front desk clerk was kind , friendly and pleasant, she gave us a name of a restaurant as to where to eat and it was delicious. The hotel is situated in a great location. Room and hotel are the cleanest we’ve stayed in in Dawson Creek. Shower head wasn’t working properly and they sent someone up within 5 minutes they had a brand new one installed. Also, DVD player was not working but not the end of the world. Would stay here again. They will steel your money

While the room and staff was good, the overall experience was disappointing. I called the hotel before booking online on the hotels web page. I booked from the 15th Oct to the 18th. Because this was a work trip I asked if the job was done early could we check out on the 17th? I was told if they had 24 hrs notice it would be no problem. On the 16th I informed front desk that I will like to check out on the 17th. he said that because it was booked online, he could not do anything, but that I should call customer service. When I called customer service, they said there is nothing they could do that I should now speak to reservations. When transferred reservation said i should speak to the hotel directly. And round and round we go. I was so frustrated that I just stayed the extra night and paid over $100 extra for my dogs to be kept in a kennel. I am very doubtful that I want to deal with such incompetence in the future. The beds are not comfortable, very firm. A/C is the old window style, that was very loud on the maximum cool setting which barely cooled off the room. I didn't sleep much or well and woke up with a sore back. The front desk staff was nice.
