    Clean but not well sound proofed

    The room was nice and clean, however, despite being in the quiet section of the hotel, we could easily hear the tv from the next room. There were also multiple banquets happening in the hotel which made parking almost impossible to find. We had to wait for someone to leave so we could have a spot. The front desk people were not the friendliest. Also, if travelling with someone with reduced mobility, make sure to mention it, because the hotel is a maze of long corridors.     I visited Le Dauphin to accomodate various appointments in the area. The staff was friendly and made recommendations for my stay. The room was cleam, spacious, quiet and comfortable with all of the required amenities.     I wish to extend my utmost thanks to the staff of Hotel Et Suites Le Dauphin, Louens, for her efficiency and care for the customers' concern. My case concerns the loss of one of my hearing aids, which I reported to the reception. On our way back to Toronto, she called our tour guide to inform me that she has the hearing aid and will mail it to me. I did receive it. Thank you for her diligence. It saves me a lot of dollars!     We stayed at this hotel for a tournament. We enjoyed our stay and really liked the pool and patio area. That was a nice touch.     Good location to everything you may need! The restaurant offered horrible service- the host was on the phone the entire time, while asking us if we were eating in or out. She sat us at our table, but was still on the phone the entire time.
