    Everything was exceptional! Front desk service,room,breakfast and breakfast staff. They should be applauded for their hard work at maintaining a clean,well stocked environment. 5 ⭐️

    Could not say enough good things about this hotel. We had a long drive down from the Gaspe and were greeted by the friendly receptionist and walked into the most comfortable room we could have asked for. We were high on a corner and had brought our own supper. We soon had the Olympics on the big TV, sitting at the couch, enjoying our meal with all the kitchen equipment we needed. Safe, bright parking. Clean, comfortable bed and large bathroom. The smart bed was interesting and we slept very well. Breakfast was generous, hot, and delicious. Would not hesitate to recommend. All staff were friendly and helpful.

    Room is very comfortable with many lighting choices. Night stands have reading lights for each side. Complimentary NeuroSpa massage with calming music. Breakfast was great with many choices. The location is convenient.Worth the price.

    Miserable air conditioning and shower.

    First, our front desk lady was fantastic and quick with checkin after a very long drive in the rain. When we got yo the room, as usual, I head straight to the air-conditioner where I encountered the lowest it goes is 19C. It was 23C in the room currently. I called the front desk and she said for any temp under 19c it was controlled by the front desk. I said weird, but ok please make it cold as possible. I keep mind at 18 with fan at home. After 30min was still 22C. I call back and seems there was a misunderstanding and the temp could not go lower. I asked for a fan, was told they have one. It was very small and had one setting for fan and 3for heat. 🥵 front desk told me mist hotels are like this, uhh no they aren't. After a long night of sweating, I dont know if beds were comfy bc I was not. I attempted to shower. Great pressure but no mat or grooved floor and was like a skating rink I almost fell many times. I put a towel on the floor which seemed to help a bit. Breakfast was nice but hot food was cold. Was too tired to enjoy much.We will not be back which is sad because this was one if our usual spots before renovations when travelling from halifax to toronto.

    We stayed here passing through Quebec about five years ago. I remembered the building's unique architecture, yet just off the trans Canada. The staff so friendly, the room quiet and comfortable, and a nice hot breakfast. We will certainly stay again!
