    Hot tub was like a cooled off bath. Towels aren’t even big enough for a child (in the rooms or at the pool), they don’t accept tap, rooms are small for a family and costs too much. Got a better rate online then booking as a top member through the hotel. Hoping to cancel our stay here on the way back from our holiday.     We had a great stay at Best Western Plus Edmonton Airport Hotel. Check-in staff were friendly. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable with lovely bedding. Food at attached restaurant was good and it was great just to relax at the end of the day and not drive to somewhere else for a nice. There was a nice selection at breakfast but what really stood out was the cleanliness of the breakfast area. Staff were welcoming and constantly cleaning. Kudos!     dirty water! Avoid this place if you can

    We booked a room with a team for a sporting event.The weather turned and we requested to checkout, and the manager told everyone NO. We were there from Friday to Sunday.My daughter used their pool on Friday and Saturday and came home with a MASSIVE rash all over her body. The hotel is refusing to take full responsibility. All of those who entered the hot tub ended up with the same rash. Some worse than others. My daughter's body was so raw, it was painful for her to wear clothing or sit down. We ended seeing a doctor immediately and they confirmed that she contracted this from the hotel. I've requested testing of the water and aren't wanting to share the reports. AHS was contacted to investigate as well -but I haven't heard back either from them.I've sent pictures to the manager to show how bad the rash was and they are still claiming she caught this from somewhere else -even though we were stuck in the hotel the entire time as it was pouring rain outside.I've requested to get a refund but because they are claiming they aren't at fault, are refusing to pay.I'm still looking at ways to go above this manager as something should be happening from this.Please share, and please avoid this hotel -or at least don't go swimming!     Great hotel with airport shuttle. Breakfast was warm and inviting. Clean rooms and checkin was easy. Welcoming staff And departure was done well. Would recommend staying at this hotel when in Edmonton. Listed as a days inn in some old app but defiantly not a days inn quality. Higher end hotel.
