    Lovely one night stay in small town Fort Saskatchewan!

    Loved this small town of Fort Saskatchewan!. We stayed just the one night to get away from Big City Edmonton and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel stay!!! The hotel was quiet and we enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately, the jets in the hot tub were not working, and the girl at the front desk said she would let them know about it.The beds were comfortable and the “made to order” omelettes at the complimentary breakfast were yummy!

    The location was good and easy to get to. There were restaurants and gas stations close by. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included. The gym was suitable for the hotel size. I enjoyed my stay.

    April 2026We always choose this hotel while we are here for dance festivals. It is usually a stay of about 5-6 nights so we like that they have full kitchen suites with plenty of room at a reasonable rate.Our room had two beds and a pull out sofa. The beds are a little on the firm side for my liking, compared to other BW locations we stay at. The pull out sofa needs to be replaced, my daughter said it was like sleeping on rocks. You literally can feel the springs through it, and it should be replaced with a thicker mattress. The room is very large, with a table and chairs plus the sofa bed couch and a desk.We did not want our room cleaned but each day housekeeping would give us supplies we needed when we saw them in the hall, or ask at the front desk. Very friendly staff.The pool is a nice size, there is also a hot tub and sauna open until 10pm.There is Tim Horton's, Wendy's, Canadian Brewhouse all in the parking lot beside the hotel.We enjoy our stay at this location, and will continue to come back.

    Room had a moldy smell. Water stain on ceiling and water stains drapes. Coffee cups were all stained. Garbage bin outside front door was overflowing when I checked in. Finally emptied the next day. Broken tile in the washroom. I stayed only one night despite the fact that I booked 3 nights. Zero stars!

    This is our second visit to this hotel. As we will need to travel to this area regularly for the next while, we will use the hotel if we can. Rooms are exceptionally clean. For the price, we didn’t expect the services we received compared to other places we have stayed recently. Very good service. The young man who does the morning buffet is so kind and helpful. A pleasure to stay there.
