    Spent the night here with friends as we were going to Warwa Haunted Forest. Good location, for restaurants and easy in and out of town. Clean, comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, everything you could want for breakfast. Average price.

    Very clean and comfortable, excellent service and desk staff, excellent breakfast. I've stayed in lots of hotels and this one was outstanding! Central location was convenient. Close to West Edmonton Mall.

    Worst check in experience at a BW hotel

    We checked in late with two children. We pre-booked so we just had to check in at the front desk. Upon arrival there was nobody at the front desk. After five minutes we started calling the hotel number. After 10 or 15 minutes of waiting with two small children a gentleman came by to purchase an item And he could not believe we were still waiting. There was not one person at the desk and we couldn’t reach anyone. There wasn’t a bell or a note saying anyone was in the washroom or anything. Finally, over 15 minutes later the worker came back and I told her we were waiting there for a very long time and she just smiled and said she’s the only one there and she was helping with an AC problem. There was not an apology or any sign of concern from her. Not only was it terrible customer service that we had a room booked and could not check in for over 15 minutes because we couldn’t find anyone working there, but it was a big safety concern for us that nobody was near the front of the building to see who was coming in or out. She also then did not mention anything about us being members as all the other hotels have. Janice Antonio, General Manager at Best Western Plus St. Albert, responded to this review We sincerely apologize for the long wait you experienced at check-in, especially with two small children. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we understand your concerns about both safety and attentiveness.We hope you’ll give us the chance to provide a much smoother experience on your next visit.

    Nice enough room, TV’s didn’t work, hot tub was closed, breakfast was average but nothing special. Wouldn’t stay here again if I didn’t absolutely have to.
