Stayed 2 nights. Room was very comfortable, clean. Very good sleep and not many noise. Spent some time at the pool, which was a nice size. The hot tub was not working, we did let them know. May have to do a long stay in Edmonton next month, and may look at staying there again. Hotel was situated in a great area for where I had to be. Only one elevator was a bit odd I thought, Room was nice. Parking was an adventure when you are driving a truck that may or may not fit in the underground parking! The hotel was nice and clean, and the heated underground parking was awesome. The staff were very knowledgeable, and very polite and helpful. The location was also good, close to West Edmonton Mall and other amenities. The room was nice and underground parking is a plus. They didn't let me know whether I could eat breakfast at the IHG side or even use the pool on that side. The room was clean and well laid out. All n all it was a good place to stay. Did this already but I truly liked just about everything. Loves the wide working space. Plenty of room for my materials and access to power sources! The room was quiet and comfortable!
