    I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience so others know what to expect.The cleanliness of this hotel was very concerning. The room did not feel properly maintained, and overall standards seemed far below what you’d expect.Housekeeping was essentially non-existent during our stay. There was no daily room service, no towel refresh, and no restocking of basic items like coffee. When we went to the front desk to request towels, we were met with eye rolls and handed what looked like loose, unfolded towels from a bin — it honestly made us question whether they were even clean.Basic amenities were also lacking. We were limited to one coffee pod, there were no microwaves in the rooms, and getting ice required going down to the front desk to ask for it. On top of that, about half the hotel appeared to be shut down, which made the place feel even more neglected.To make matters worse, the key cards constantly stopped working, requiring multiple trips to the front desk just to get back into our room.Overall, the experience felt disorganized, poorly managed, and far below standard. I would not recommend staying here!

    Avoid at all costs. The only redeeming quality is the location. Rude staff that seem to be all related and are definitely living there in one of the upper floors. Housekeeping is by request only and when they are requested they don't show up - was told it was a staffing issue.Evidence on the ground of the parking lot of someone's catalytic converter being stolen from their vehicle. You would think they would want to clean that up but cleanliness is definitely not a priority.

    I would like to share that we stayed at this location for a sports event last May 2025. I want to express with concern that every review stating the concerns to the state of this establishment is 100% accurate if not much worse! The reviews on Google have been restricted more then likely done by the establishment due to bad reviews. To confirm these facts are true look up Alberta health and safety violations. The reports only scratch the surface of the concerns that are actually existing! They respond to bad reviews but do not fix issues unless health and safety steps in and has been notified which many do not take the time to do! Please think twice about staying in this establishment!

    From start to finish. I felt welcome from staffs. Everytime crossing lobby was greeted with smile or conversation. Outdated compared to other hotels but my room was clean and satisfactory. Enjoyed the breakfast. I think the teams were staying here. Kids were running down the hallway. Didnt go to pool as lots of traffic with kids. I will leave this for next time.

    Wonderful stay! Clean room, comfy bed, enjoyed the breakfast. Staffs will make you feel like family. Did see swimming pool. Will try next time.
