Bad smell through the room, felt dirty. OK shower.

The room was stinking of stale cigarette smoke and the carpets were crusty. The smell took you back every time you entered the room. It felt dirty but the shower was ok. We were ground floor and one of the sliding doors weren’t locked so the property was initially insecure until we noticed this. I will avoid comfort inn in the future.

You get what you pay for! This hotel has seen better days and is need of a facelift. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was noisy, so I did not sleep well. This hotel has no elevator or accessible doors, so beware for mobility challenges. No free breakfast, but there is a McDonald’s next door. The area is also a bit sketchy with homeless people sleeping outside my window. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Raini cleaned our room, warned us in advance about her arrival, asked what exactly we needed, left behind a clean and tidy room, with all included bonuses, such as: coffee, clean towels, hygienic accessories for the bathroom

Just don’t do it. Price is great for a reason. Just please don’t. Boycott this establishment until they take the time to completely strip and renovate this dive. I bathed my baby, within 30 minutes of walking back and forth on the carpet her feet were quite literally BLACK. Piss stains and pubes all over the mattress at head level, used bandaids on the floor. Honestly it was a horror story from the get go. We fled at 3 am after being completely uncomfortable just sitting there. Been a housekeeper many a time, and this was disgraceful.

Do not book this hotel on-line as you can not cancel. Advised in the booking process that my spouse was disabled and needed a walker. When arrived, first waited over 5 minutes as no one was attending the checkin counter, then was told our room was on the 2nd floor of a walkup. Given another room on main floor but asked for a non-smoking room but it was apparent that the room had in fact been smoked in a lot with that stale smoke smell and they were using a scented atomizer to mask that smell. Problem is I and my spouse are allergic to perfumes. While the room has an independent AC/Heat unit you can not set AC to auto so awakened a couple of times in the room sweating.
