    Not Ideal, but served its purpose

    The rooms are huge and super crazy dated decor; red tiled fireplaces and peach walls. Stained sheets but clean. Blanket was paper thin and the whole place smelled like cigarettes of days gone by...It was mostly clean and did the trick for the price. The night staff was friendly, the morning guy didn't speak but eventually warmed up. Price was good and it served its purpose to just sleep a few hours before going to the airport, 5 min away.

    Don't trust the shuttle service

    Do not recommend relying on their shuttle service. They hide behind the "complementary" word.I booked my shuttle to the airport from the previous night, when I checked in.Because of a mistake from the reception, the shuttle did not show up at 10:00 a.m. on the next day.When the recepcionist called the shuttle, the driver said he wouldn't be picking up no one until 11:00 a.m.So basically the recepcionist said that it was my problem and because the shuttle service is complementary, there was nothing he could do.Very disappointing.

    Excellent service and we were accommodated when we had mixed up our reservation .. the room is older style but very large with electric fireplace .. great for night stay and tv was good selection channels for morning .. we arrived late and were tired and stayed here last year when back from our holiday. Ross and Susan were amazing!!!

    Old, dated, poor if any maintenance. Light switch was broken for sconces so you to turn them off you had to unscrew the bulb. Floors hadn't been vacuumed - popcorn from previous guests at the edge of both beds. Shower rods all rusted and joints taped with black electrical tape. Paint was bubbled and falling off above the back of shower. Cables and cords hanging from the TV. Carpet was buckled. No blow dryer. Shower head leaked more from the bottom than came out of it. The "white" sheet had obviously been washed with dark clothes as it was grey. Pillows were lumpy and like rocks.

    Good price, Seriously 5 minutes from Edmonton Int Airport. $85 plus tax.• This trip i told Front Desk, our toilet seat was broken.Response, "I will not Charge you for that". No, sorry, we can change your room. Left ticked off. + Room is big & Dark. Lights flicker. + Shuttle to airport + Breakfast 6:30am.
