    I wouldn’t return. The hotel is nice and a good price, but the road noise is bad (which is the case for all hotels in this area). My room wasn’t particularly clean with a sticky spot on the floor and smudges in the shower.     Terrible, broken bed, no sleep, very sore body.

    The bed frame was broken. By morning the bed was leaning way over on to the side. VERY uncomfortable. I made a complaint online, I made a complaint at the desk. No resolution.     I had an incredible stay at Element Hotel in Edmonton. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of.The rates were unbeatable, especially considering the level of cleanliness, hospitality, and overall experience. Everything exceeded expectations.A special shoutout to Alivesh, the head chef, who made amazing omelets each morning and somehow remembered everyone’s order from the day before. That level of care and attention is rare.Also, Alita, the hotel manager, was incredibly friendly and professional.     We recently spent 2 nights at the Element Edmonton West hotel and the location is very convenient. Close to West Edmonton Mall and many other attractions. Our room was very quite, clean and well appointed. The staff was very helpful, professional and polite. There was of plenty of choice at the complementary breakfast which was fresh and well managed.     given a room that should never have been sold

    I was given a room that basically opened onto the lobby right in front of the elevators and where breakfast is served. Obviously it was extremely noisy, especially when they were getting ready for breakfast at 5:30. After much complaining they moved me for my second night, and I guess someone else was unlucky to get this room. I paid full price and was not offered anything but an apology. In my opinion this rooms should never be sold and used for something else like a pet room or a meeting room as it is impossible to get a good nights sleep in it. I have attached a picture from the door of the rooms showing what is directly outside.
