    Fantasyland Hotel did not disappoint

    I was very pleased with the entire stay. Some areas may have dated decor but it’s evident there are upgrades that have occurred or are occurring.

    We come every year for a child's birthday party and stay the weekend, booking a theme room. They had a great birthday card and some chocolates waiting for him, a very nice touch.     The theme room was a little disappointing as it was stated at booking that the room had a jacuzzi tub with waterfall which the room only had a regular jacuzzi. Kind of a disappointment considering how much you pay for a theme room.     Beds are awful falling apart or hard as rocks. Carpets dirty. Room falling apart old and dated. Hot water took 10 minutes to show up.     Excellent experience. Very convenient location. it was so convenient to be able to return to the room after any activity. Very comfortable, clean, and spacious room. The Fantasyland Hotel has indoor access to the West Edmonton Mall, which makes it very convenient for our guest to shop over 800 stores, dine at various restaurants and food court that offer different delicacies, as well as enjoy the indoor attractions that the mall has to offer such the World Waterpark, the Galaxyland, Professor Wem’s Mini Golf and many more.
