Location

Facility

The hotel has 110 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Hotel is extremely run down and not worth the cost. Carpets are absolutely filthy and ducted taped. Furniture is worn and torn.Whirlpool was cold and jets don’t work. They give you 2 thin towels and the cheapest toilet paper. The pet cost is the highest that I’ve ever paid and is insulting to be charged $50 per pet per stay while the hotel itself is rundown and dirty.

    Very dated and in disrepair. This what what the staff have to work with, staff are good, but management needs to give a product that holds to the Hampton Inn Name. This hotel definitely does not live up to the brand.

    Think twice before staying here!!!

    I’d like to start by saying I don’t generally write negative but I feel people need to know what to expect at this hotel.We arrived 5 minutes before check time and we were told our room wasn’t ready yet. We waited in the lobby for about 25 minutes. The hallway carpet was very warm and smelled bad! The beds were okay but the sofa bed was painful to sleep on. The room darkening curtains were rotted and the bathroom door was very warn. The towels were very thin and warn. Check out was at 11 but we had 2 housekeepers knock on our door before 9. Everything was running out and not restocked at the breakfast and it took forever to refill. The only positive is the cost was reasonable if you can get past all the things I’ve mentioned.

    Where do I start….

    Tried to check in at 3pm… check in time. We were told room wasn’t quite ready but it wouldn’t be long. 1 hour and 20 mins of sitting in the lobby we finally get room keys. Probably 10 people checked in during this time and got to go straight to their room. Get into room and it smells like a hockey bag. No rooms to be moved into. Stuck in a stinky run down room for the night. Really hope I don’t smell like a locker room on the plane in the morning. Never again

    Stayed for the night of June 21, 2025Turns out to be worst experience. Room was in shocking bad condition from torn chair, dirty sofa, ripped curtains and wallpaper.I informed front desk about the condition of the room and receptionist responded that we are aware of the issues in the room. I wonder why they are giving rooms such bad condition?We felt like they have taken advantage of us. Since all the room reservations these days are prepaid and guests have no choice to change or cancel the reservation and hotels like this one take full advantage of this by giving such rooms. No apology no remorse by staff just yes we are aware. Not sure why Hilton brand is associated with such property I suggest everyone thinking yo make reservations there to stay from this hotel as far as you can.
