    We had an issue with our reservation due to a mistake we made, and we were very stressed because the hotel was already fully booked. Thankfully, Kelvin went above and beyond to help us. He was very kind, patient, and understanding throughout the whole situation.Despite the hotel being fully booked, he still managed to provide us with two rooms and made our vacation smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate his excellent customer service and willingness to help. Thank you so much, Kelvin, for turning a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. You are amazing!

    My wife and l arrived late to St Albert and were lucky that Jess at the front desk was able to get us in the last room available that night, so glad for his helpful and welcoming nature. We found out that we needed another night so Simran and Jess helped again to get us into another last room available. A great team, friendly and professional. Thanks again guys !!! Peter & Doris

    The place is awesome. Nice, clean, location is very good for Edmonton stay. Jess is also very helpful, friendly and efficient. We will be back :)
