    I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable—common areas and rooms felt neglected and poorly maintained. The pool was especially concerning, with murky, dirty water that made it completely unusable.To make matters worse, there were no towels available for guests, for entire stay which is a basic expectation. Our room was never cleaned for our entire stay. None of the ice machines on any floor were working during our stay, adding further inconvenience.It also appeared the hotel was severely understaffed. With a full hotel, there simply weren’t enough staff members available to address issues or assist guests in a timely manner. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

The chef and kitchen team delivered meals that were not only beautifully presented but full of flavor and consistency.     After a very stressful few days and a previous bad hotel experience. Coming from the airport with 4 kids and a baby, flights cancelled everything that went wrong could! We had no milk for our baby and the staff went above and beyond to try to help us. They succeeded! When we arrived at your hotel we were greeted with friendly faces and kind hearts. The price is also on point. I cannot say enough how welcoming and safe this hotel felt! The food was absolutely amazing- hats off to our waitress Karen! The food was 5+ stars. Everything we ordered was delicious. Upon checking out we dealt with Ravneet Singh Kathuria, one of the kindest people, we have not been treated this well for a long time. You guys absolutely deserve more than 5 stars and our large family will never forget how welcomed we felt. Thank you to all of the staff that helped us!     This is my second time writing a review. The place is a dump and the response is not genuine. They responded with a phone number for me to call. Well they never called back. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is filthy, I cannot believe Hilton has not shut this place down.     Adequate for a one night stay

    This hotel is fine for a one night stopover when all you need is a bed for the night. Our room was dated but it was clean and quiet. The hotel is in need of a little TLC, for example, the ice machine wasn’t working on our floor, one lift was out of order, the hot tub (had we wanted it) was not working and the alarm setting on the clock in our room didn’t work…..Food in the restaurant was okay. Receptionist at check in was helpful, although there was no one around when we checked out, so we just had to leave our key in the box. Not sure what would have happened if we’d had a bill to pay?It was useful to take advantage of the free airport shuttle when we had dropped off our hire car and on our very early trip back to the airport the following morning.
