Avario for meeting clients

Ordered two coffees at Avario while meeting with clients. The coffee was served without napkins or utensils (spoons). We were asked to close the tab immediately. $4 per coffee, and we were never offered a refill. Terrible service and average coffee. Wonderful, clean, quiet- will be back. The breakfast is worth it, and they are very accommodating for food allergies. I requested a quiet top floor room, and they were able to accommodate my request. I recommend this hotel for every occasion!!

Fantastic hotel on the south side of Edmonton. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great beds and bathrooms. Staff were very accommodating to me and my family making for a great weekend visit to the city. Very convenient location in Ellerslie Road area of South Edmonton. Will be back.

The rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were fabulous. The buffet breakfast is your typical hotel buffet, but the service was great. I'd highly recommend staying here. It is in a quieter location for the south side area, which made it feel like you could get away from the noise of Ellerslie Road and Highway 2.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Evario Events center are so wonderful. They are always smiling and super helpful whatever we asked about or needed. The facility itself is super clean and the restaurant/bar was perfect for our group. A special shout out to Swarnjit at the front desk who went out of her way to provide exceptional service. 6 stars!!!
