    The hotel is in good location. Very clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly. Highly recommended. My family loves to be there.

    Rooms are only cleaned every 4 days. That's actually gross considering dogs pee and poop on these rugs. Any more then 4 days and the hotel doesn't like itWe stayed for 2 weeks and the vacuuming was not done until day 10.The hotel accused us of having one extra person in the room which was not the case.The room was left clean but the manager told the Head Office that it was dirty, I have pictures to proof that we left the room clean. My son decided to sleep on the floor with extra blankets, two days later he developed eye infection. I was told by a staff that there are dogs in these rooms all the time doing their dirty business on the rugs and the rugs are not cleaned after each use, not even once a month are they cleaned. This i was told after i reported my son's eye infection. House Keepers complained that we pulled apart the sheets everyday. Of course they were, we were sleeping on the bed.People would be smoking in a no smoking area - right in front of the main doors, staff didn't say anything to them. We couldn't use the air conditioner as it was dirt and would blow dust into the air when turned on. Behind the tv was dusty and in other places of the room.The East Indian Manager was rude to any other culture except her own. She even gave discounts to other East Indian Ppl. I would be in the lobby reading and over-hear what was being said.I asked Head office of the hotel to investigate the hotel and possibly refund me some money but no one phoned me back and the East Indian Manager told head office lots of lies about my family even though I have picture proof, just to cover her story up.

    Wonderful stay at Homes2 Suites

    We stayed at Home2 thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We booked a King room with a kitchenette, which was perfect for our needs, the room also had a sofa bed. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The hotel has a really welcoming entrance and lobby area that made a great first impression. We especially appreciated the included breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. The pool was a hit, as well. One feature we really liked was the ability to text the front desk. It made communication easy and convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely return.

    We booked a Studio with Queen bed and small kitchen, full oven, microwave and bar fridge and complimented by a gas fireplace and a bed sofa. We faced the mountains from our balcony and had a lovely dinner on our gas BBQ. hot tubs were clean and large with another gorgeous view and welcomed after hiking all day. FREE buses in Canmore and a stop in front of hotel if you don't want to walk to town in 15minutes. Recreation centre, indoor pool, rock climbing, gym, daycare etc 10 minute walk. We rode on both FREE bus lines to check out all the areas and paid for the bus to Banff $3 for seniors and that stop is a 8 min. walk. STAFF at resort so helpful, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for you. Restaurant in the hotel poor but that's ok as the restaurants in Canmore FANTASTIC. 5 min. walk Bridgetts Bar/restaurant and The Table amongst all the others. Can't wait to return.
