    Quick one night stay after a late flight arrival. Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Front desk staff friendly. I did not have their breakfast but looked simple and standard. Decent amenities in room included single cup coffee maker, safe, telephone, alarm clock and tv. The hairdryer worked but lacked airflow power. Shower had good pressure and hot water came quick, basic bathroom amenities. I would stay again for the price and location to the airport.

    Very quiet and clean. Happy with the complimentary shuttle bus to the airport and small breakfast. The exterior and interior is also nice decorated.

    My daughter and I drove 2 hours to get to this hotel. We waited half an hour in line to check-in. I had a letter showing date, confirmation number, boss's signature, as an authorization. The front desk person refused to check us in without my boss calling. He refused to look at the letter. He refused to let me speak or explain the situation. I called my boss on the phone and the front desk person refused to talk to my boss. He said he was helping the next reservation. I told my boss this person was being incompetent. This irritated the front desk guy who was listening in on my conversation. I told my boss I would call him back once it was again our turn. After he processed the other reservation, he continued to move to the next reservation of people waiting in line. I said, wait, I'm ready to call my boss back again. He said, I'm not helping you, I refuse to serve you and you're not checking in here. The room had already been paid for. He would not give me his name and when I asked to speak to his supervisor he told me he would not want to talk to me either. This was around 5 pm on July 18, 2025. So if you go here and this front desk guy is working, turn around and walk away. We managed to book a room at Royal Inn and they were amazing and very accommodating. Quite a difference in customer service. I did place a call to Choice Hotels customer service and let them know exactly what happened. I will never give this hotel any business and I will be cancelling my boss's and my choice rewards accounts.

    Stayed there on January 23 and Feb 7 , going and coming home from vacation the rooms are clean staff are great and you can leave you vehicle there for a small change and plug ins are available so there’s no problem with it starting, free fast shuttle van too and from the airport . Nice eating place in the same building with great food will definitely stay there again this is way better then the other hotel that we usually stay at.
