    October 2025Arrived with the family after a very long day of travel, it is only about a 10 minute drive from the airport. At first they couldn't find our reservation and my phone had quit working so I didn't have the reservation number, I think the girl was training and not quite certain of things.Our reservation was for four people, however there was only enough towels for 2 people and also not enough pillows for us all. It was frustrating having to request these items when we were very tired and just wanted to shower and go to bed but had to wait.Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. There is no pool at this hotel. There is a restaurant in the lobby, we had breakfast there and it was good.

    I stayed at the Radisson Leduc for work. The hotel was generally clean and well maintained, but the mattress in my room had what looked like insect husks or debris on it. I reported it to the front desk twice, but it was never properly cleaned, and I was told no other rooms were available.I took photos and followed up with management, after several attempts they let me borrow a vacuum to clean it myself. It’s disappointing because otherwise the property seems in good shape — hopefully this was just an isolated issue that gets addressed.

    Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and prompt airport shuttle. Pet friendly, spacious rooms ; for price point excellent value. Quiet, but everyone around was pleasant and the staff was very eager to accommodate and please their guests.

    We had actually booked at the Park Inn by Radisson next door, but arrived to find it closed for renovations. We were promptly greeted by a pleasant woman who informed us that our reservation had been moved to the Radisson next door. It was somewhat confusing, as we had just booked the room the day prior, but checkin was easy and the front desk agent was friendly and helpful.Our room, (524 or 525 - can’t quite remember) was clean and spacious. There was some wear and tear on the wall paper that had been “fixed” with clear packing tape and there was a small hole in the bathroom wall from the towel hook behind the door. Otherwise, the room was fine - pretty standard for the chain. Star deduction:While the stay was fine, the bed was a bit worn down and it slanted slightly toward the middle. The pillows are small, hard, and square-shaped which might not be an issue, but no one in our family found them comfortable. Additionally, the bathroom only has two small bath towels, despite the room accommodating four people. We asked for extra towels and the staff was accommodating, so it wasn’t an issue. The shower, however, did not function well as the diverter valve didn’t fully redirect water from the faucet to the shower head. My husband and I both tried fiddling with it, but no luck. This made shower flow weak as water was still coming from the tap while the shower was engaged. In summary, it was a pleasant stay and we would considering choosing this property again.

    The staff are beyond friendly and amazing. They helped me print off some paperwork for my work and scan and email back to me. The room is absolutely perfect, beds awesome, bathroom is huge, and a great sleep there. You rock!
