    great hotel the shuttle pickup at the airport wasn't as great.Hopefully better next time

    It looks like I tried to post a review on this.And then forgot the last time we stayed, we had had a bad experience at a different place.And this was the exact opposite of our experience at the Quality inn right beside it on the way. The beds were the epidemy of comfort with pillow top mattresses and comfortable fluffy pillows. Everything was clean and very quiet and a good price with friendly staff. no pool or breakfast included not a deal breaker We ended up booking there last week. And we really liked the park and stay feature. We got upgraded to a suite for various reasons. And it was absolutely heaven. The sleep quality is excellent. The beds are nice. The room is beautiful, location, perfect. It was a super good room experience. The shuttle runs every half hour to the airport. So we planned around it. The only thing we didn't like was at the airport today We had to wait almost twenty minutes for the shuttle the park and fly shuttle came around three times while we waited for our shared shuttle with other properties and then it sat there for another fifteen minutes waiting for customers, definitely not cool when you've been traveling all day, I just want to get to your vehicle and go home. We have this hotel booked again in August. I might rethink the parking part a bit because of the shuttle experience on the way back.     The Best Option for Edmonton Airport Hotel

    Exceeded expectations - no need to look elsewhere. Hotel has best location (other than terminal attached Renaissance) and shuttle is efficient, frequent and super fast (4 minutes?). Hotel was immaculately clean, beds and linens comfortable and most of all the staff was truly excellent - efficient, firnedly and accommodating as if they actually care. Very impressed and exceptional value for price paid.     We chose this hotel because of a nice deal online and because the hotel is in Leduc, a 10 minutes drive from the outlet stores. It was a pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable, the room was big because of a free upgrade. The bathroom was a bit old.Unfortunately there was no free coffee or water in the big lobby. There is a sportsbar and a café that serves drinks. There is no pool. The Tim Hortons and gas stations are in the neighbourhood.This is the right hotel if you are looking for value for money.     Good spot. Clean hotel. Large hotel. Lots of spaces for parking. Wish they had a coffee station in lobby to enjoy. Room had nomicrowave in the room. Kinda strange. Clean room. Nice that they had a window toopen to get fresh air. Trains at night were a bit noisy. 5 mins to the airport. Restaurants in the hotel are pricey. I would stay here again.     This hotel is always super clean, staff is friendly and professional, there's a lot nearby. Sportsbar downstairs as well as another little lounge. I always stay there. It's also pet friendly which is great but it's very clean. Tim Hortons and subway within walking distance as well as gas and convenience stores.
