    Nice room upgrade

    My daughter and I stayed on a weekend for 1 night March of 2026. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival and put on the top floor. I was thankful as there was a hockey team that was also staying with kids running up and down the hallways and I was glad to be away from that for the most part.Our room was very spacious with a separate bedroom and full kitchen. It also had a washer/dryer and living room. The bed was very comfortable! The counters were looking pretty run down with stains and scratches but the room was clean.There is a pool and hot tub open until 10pm but we didn't get the chance to use it.There is no breakfast included but Denny's is attached to the hotel and there is also a Chop restaurant and just across the street Central Social Hall.

    A bit disappointing

    Very small rooms and toilet area is quite small (glad we are too). Beds are very close together however quite comfortable. Sadly no breakfast included which was very disappointing. Same price as other hotels near by that offer larger rooms, full kitchens and breakfast! The pool is why we booked and it was clean and fun however smaller than the photos. Pet friendly and staff were accommodating. First and last time we shall book here!     Amazing Staycation ~ Excellent Customer Service

    We had an excellent experience from check in to check out! I was delighted to have use of the Business Lounge with my membership tier. It’s a lovely space and my husband and I played some cards, made coffee and enjoyed some popcorn. Nice perk!We had an exquisite dinner at Chop and then a warm/ hot, hot tub that evening as the hot water boiler broke down that eve next door at the restaurant. The following day we went to the pool and hot tub area, hoping it would be back to normal and the fantastic hot temperature it usually is at, and it was not. Their maintenance man Joe came along and we had a good chat with him, such a super nice guy, and he said “let me see what we can do about this” and he came back with some Denny’s gift cards so that was wonderful and thoughtful. Upon checking out, Gurleen was also very tentative and communicative. She asked how everything was and I said everything was absolutely fantastic with the exception of being disappointed about the hot tub and we talked about that a bit more and she offered some RSVP points added onto my account as an apology as well, so super kind and helpful once again. Joe stopped by the front desk when I was on my way out and was once again incredibly helpful and kind. We were very, very happy with our stay. It was a great staycation ~ with us living an hour out of town and being kid-free for the night! The room was beautiful, very clean, and well appointed. A great stay and I’m excited to be back soon and bring a group here now that I’ve been here twice in the last couple months and it’s been spectacular!     Hotel is a hotel is a hotel. Sure some are nicer a few more options but generally speaking it's a bed to lay your head. For 10 years I was a diehard IHG customer but that has recently changed due to 2 people. Anna and Navreen at the Front Desk. I have stayed their 3 times and only 3 times over a 5 week period. Anna recognizes me by sight!!! How many guest must she see in a day! The personal touch is outstanding and far better than Mariott and way better than IHG.How good is the personal service, Anna and Navreen inquired why so many stays in a short period and informed them it was for work and for the foreseeable future would be staying there once to twice every 3 weeks. Did not hesitate and gave me the GM and Sales Manager for me to contact. If I were staying that much for business to see if something can be done about pricing.Pricing won't keep me away but if Anna or Navren move on, I would have to take a wait and see approach.Service is what always brings me back. I read some reviews where this wasn't right or that.
