    Long waiting times at check in only to be met with rude staff. The rooms are beautiful, the staff’s personality however.. is not.

    Great mid-range hotel in the middle of Fredricton. Walkable to shopping, restaurants/bars and government/historic sites. We had a 1 bedroom suite which provided plenty of room for 4 people with two on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Great view from the high floor to people boating on the river directly across the street. Parking garage was a bit tricky, but no major issues as we stayed only 1 night. Breakfast in the restaurant was good, albeit with slow service.

    Excellent Hotel. New, clean, and downtown close to restaurants and the parliament building. Enclosed parking available for reasonable charge. Friendly check-in staff.

    This is the best located hotel in Fredericton - right on the river, connected to the convention center and within walking distance of the walking bridge. It's a newer property and rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast credit given to gold members is a joke. $10 dollars barely covered one coffee!

    Room was spacious with all the standard amenities. One of the hottest hotel showers I’ve ever experienced! Next to convention centre so convenient if attending a conference or event. Several restaurants in the area and the hotel restaurant breakfast is large portions with friendly service.
