    The Best Western Plus Grand-Saults is the best place to explore (the) Grand Falls and its/their vicinity.Directly at the Highway located, it was super easy to reach, very comfortable.I just stayed a single night but enjoyed the very clean, spacious and well equiped room as well as the gym. Beides, there is also an indoor pool which I have used and thus, cannot assess.The gym is amazing. Proper weights up to 35+ lbs, many cardio machines including a echelon bike, which worked well, an some spaces for other exercises, too.Breakfast is quite cheap but it dot have breakfast there.Pleasant staff at the reception.     We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was just overnight. Lots of free parking, set on a hill overlooking the town with a gas station and Tim Hortons immediately across the road. Nice big rooms and a good place to eat onsite.     Cost was far too high especially what was offered. The prices in the restaurant was extremely high and we walked out. I can assure you that we will NEVER STAY there again ........ YOU LOOSE!! YOU WILL LOOSE EVEN MORE AS I SPREAD THE WORD!!     The location is great right off of Hwy 2.Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Room was over priced for a standard room over$300.00 no breakfast included the “restaurant” has limited breakfast menu. We order a a breakfast sandwich which was not made fresh and was served room temperature extremely disappointed. They advertise a restaurant it’s more like a small breakfast/ lunch bar. Very disappointed after driving 12 hours and looking forward to a nice meal in-house to see you had to order your meal like at a coffee shop. Unfortunately the restaurant was over whelmed with orders and not taking any more orders for supper as they closed at 10pm and we were there at 9:30. The lady at the till was very apologetic and we did understand that the staff wanted to leave. There is a big misconception on the website stating it’s restaurant/bar for cocktails it’s more like a fast food restaurant serving drinks. I would rate this hotel a 2 1/2 because it’s misleading about the restaurant, it’s overpriced,and the biggest complaint of all the Canada flag they have flying was ripped and faded disgusting show some respect for our country!!!
