    This place was awful. The room was not cleaned well. Including a big bloody snot rocket left on the bed from the previous person. They advertised hot breakfast (bacon eggs) we went down an it was no name cereals without even having milk out. That’s it. Not even toast. They told us they decided not to do it because there wasn’t many guests. So we had to go buy breakfast an wouldn’t refund any amount. The sauna is literally a storage room and obviously hasn’t been functional in forever. Hot tub totally drained and clearly not been open in forever and the pool was open but not cleaned well at all. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

    Place is a disgrace. Sauna has been ripped out and is now a storage room. Exercises room “under renovations” likely Indefinitely. Hot tub drained. Snot rocket on the bedding skirt. We went for breakfast in the morning to be told they just weren’t doing it that morning cause it was a holiday Monday. Seriously? Is that not when people are travelling. Pretty sure the shear amount of false advertising is enough for a BBB complaint. Sleep in your car it’ll be a better option than this filth pit.

    Don't sleep on this great hotel with so much value for your travel dollar! We booked in here for overnight on our way to Quebec and I am so glad we did. Large clean room with super comfy bed, a dreamy indoor pool where I had a fantastic swim AND a delicious breakfast all included. Outstanding! The welcoming lobby had a nice large area to hang out and both this room and the dining area were beautifully decorated for Fall. Such a nice place. Its an older gem and could use a bit of TLC but the value and the outstanding staff who work here are worth it. Great people and I would stay here again in a heartbeat - Thank you for such a nice experience!

    I was very travel weary. I was in Grand Falls on business after being on the road for the prior three days. I arrived early (11:30 a.m.) and asked to check in. I was told that because I had requested a ground floor room, nothing would be available for two hours but they did have a couple of rooms available on the second floor. I gladly accepted a second floor room. BUT here's the thing! The woman who checked me in must have picked up that I was quite tired and she told me, I'm going to give you a better room at no extra cost! I was so impressed at her kindness! The room was huge with a double bed and a sofa. The balcony offered a lovely view of the little lake. This is an older motel but it is very well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is amazing. Waffles, eggs, French Canadian beans, and much much more. When I went for breakfast, they ran out of waffles batter. BUT they made more, just for me! This establishment isn't right in Grand Falls, but it is a short five minute drive to the downtown and the falls.

    The Most Bad Experience ever, Diaper pee smell in room.

    This was our worst experience ever in a hotel, we booked this hotel because we have stayed here before and it was ok, but this time they gave us a room that soon as you walked in to the all you could smell was diaper pee, and we found a very wet area in the corner of the room, and then found the ice bucket in the closet with a diaper bag and wet in it, we went to the check in desk with the bucket and told the desk what the room was like and smelled of diaper pee, they said the hotel was all booked up and that there was nothing else they could do about it, we had to stay in that room the night, we complained that the room should not have been rented to anyone in that condition, but said all they could do is give us $ 40.00 off the room price, i feel since we had to stay overnight there, we should have been giving a full refund, and not a discount. we will not be back to this hotel. P.S. this a true story we stayed here on Aug 27, t 2025
