    Terrible Management Staff

    The most ignorant aggressive and disrespectful management staff. Seeing other reviews on here stating this makes so much sense. Management staff have zero communication skills. I was there this weekend and was disgusted with the management staff specifically. Emotional regulation and conflict resolution should be on the top of you training list for these staff members. This was a horrible experience and I will be taking further action with this hotels staff members. The Hotel next door Podollan Inn is an excellent alternative.     Staff was fantastic, check in was a breeze. Room was warm, they never turned the heat down to 17 so it was comfortable at 21. Even with -38 outside. Will stay again. Great restaurant for supper, never had breakfast but heard others comment that it was good.     Staff willing to accommodate unexpected change

    We had booked two rooms for work meetings and my colleague fell ill. We had to cut our trip short unexpectedly. Niko was so helpful and accommodating, gave me late checkout so I could return at lunch to pack up, and gave my colleague additional time to stay in her room until I was able to complete my meeting and return to pick her up. Niko was so kind and compassionate and recognized my IHG Rewards Status and changed our reservation without hesitation.     Better and Better

    This is probably the 3rd review of this property. When I say property I stay in IHG hotels 75 plus times a year. The reason for this review is some subtle but overwhelming improvements. 1. Diamond Elite Parking: I come and go at weird hrs and it's sure nice to have a spot close to the door. Not all property's offer this and is welcome when I find it2. Omelet Station: Normally I take points instead of the breakfast. Had the buffet before and it was above average. When I came this am, saw the Omelet Station very impressed3. Missed opportunity: Never thought highly of the restaurant so never check. This am when I looked over last nights special and compared to my skip order well I made a mistake and won't happen againThis is why I like IHG hotels, they don't sit on there laurels they are always trying to improve.     Great hotel to visit if you are in the GP area. Workout room is nice for those who are business travelling.
