    First of all the highways were bad and we got stuck in the snowstorm and they charged us the full 185 even though we didn’t arrive till 6:30 AM, but that’s fine. I accepted that then we ended up booking for a second night. The room was very cold and no matter what I turned the temperature too. I couldn’t warm it up, so I phoned the front desk to ask for a blanket. I was told that by the girl they would have to see if they had any blankets available. That was the last time I heard from anybody in the morning when I came out of my room I almost tripped over a blanket inside a bag sitting in front of my door. They couldn’t even knock to give me the blanket! And then my daughter had a health emergency and there was a few drops of blood on the bedding and they were going to hold my credit card and possibly charge me if the blood didn’t come out now I can see if I like painted and use the towels or the bedding to wipe up paint or dye my hair and left the towels with bleach on them, but this was a health emergency they eventually said they were releasing my card but when I arrived home, my card had been charged $140 I would never darken these doorways again and I advise people to look for something else. The Days Inn was exceptional. Also, they offer a free breakfast in the dining room. We ordered scrambled eggs and French toast. The French toast was cold and I’m sure it had been sitting at least two hours. The eggs were the same and they were so cooked that they were leathery we asked for eggs over easy it came back right away with the Eggs that once again we’re so overcooked they had that Brown crispy coating on it and the dinner that I had there that was paid for was horrible. They recommended the chicken with gravy. It was the thinness little piece of chicken that I swear was deli slice with a coating on it with mushroom soup. It was disgusting.

    I would not recommend this hotel at all! Terrible condition in and out! The hallways are run down and stink. The rooms are terrible condition and the road noise is horrible. Absolutely disappointed in choosing this hotel.

    I recently stayed here again for a family memorial service. This stay was not as good as the first. The first, the room was excellent and very well kept. This stay with my daughter not so great. The bathroom was not in great shape, The plugs and lamps in the room were kind of messed up. We were there for 2 days and on day 2, they did not do any room service, so we had no new towels, coffee, nothing. I called down to the lobby Saturday evening and was told that we would have to come down and we could only get coffee, no towels. Not super impressed this stay, won't stay again.Only positive was the free breakfast, again was very good.

    I have to say, this was one of the poorest-quality pedicures I’ve ever had. For two people, the total came to $200, and there was nothing about the experience that justified that price.Our feet were simply soaked in tubs that appeared to have nothing added, and aside from a bit of cream at the very end, there were no additional elements—no massage, no hot stones, nothing that felt like a proper spa service.On top of that, the quality of the gel polish was very disappointing. It started chipping after just one week, which is not what I would expect from a gel pedicure.Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations, especially given the cost.

    If you value honesty & communication - DO NOT STAY HERE! I called 4 hours after checking out to let them know that I left an Arteryx and Patagonia jacket in my closet. They said they would look into it. I had to call back the next day to be told "house keeping didn't find anything when they cleaned the room". They stole my 2 jackets. I left messages for the manager Joy for 3 days in a row, she never even bothered to return my phone call. Very unprofessional. I will never stay here again. Total rip off and very dishonest.
