    Will we stay again? Probably not.

    The room was fine & clean. Our main complaint was the breakfast. Very little choice compared to other hotel breakfasts. No orange juice, only kids cereals, only 1 type of jam, no bagels, hot breakfast never varied. Coffee was good. The shower could have used a grab bar.

    AVOID - NO GUEST SAFETY

    We stayed for one night June 2025. At 1:58AM our door was opened. THANKFULLY I had the safety lock on, so the door opened, woke us up and closed. I ran to check the door and an employee with a clip board had opened our door. I can't tell you how unsafe this made us feel. The next morning I went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager. Apparently, a manager only works Monday-Friday "office hours". I will never stay here again and I would definitely not recommend ever staying here. Please note that we have investigated this matter and yes our guest services agent was doing a routine vacant room check in the night and accidentally knocked on your door.     If considering this hotel for a team booking, please reconsider! Management is not professional and has antiquated policies that are not to be trusted. Reviews all have similar theme of over charging and extra fees. Am appalled that tournaments would actually recommend this hotel to its participants. Alyssa Sunderani, Owner at Comfort Inn, responded to this review Hi Jenny, The hotel had no direct dealings with you and there is no amount of time you try to leave us a negative review that will make any difference in our policies. We are not an individually owned hotel, we operate under a franchise system which sets the rules, regulations and policies. We run our hotel business with honesty and integrity. Your team had a booking with the hotel and there is a contract binding the hotel and your reservation. The claim to have a call record was not valid as the content of the call was not displayed by you, and going by our record there was a phone conversation between the team leader and the hotel where she gave her credit card details as she said she wasn't comfortable given that over emails, which was the reason for the conversation we had documented. Unfortunately, you did not abide by the binding contract to cancel the reservations made when you noticed you did not meet up for the tournament. Per our policy, the hotel charged a one night no-show fee for the reservation. We hold all our guests to the same standard regarding policies and regulations irrespective if they are individual or team because the hotel runs effectively and efficiently on these policies.Thank you.

    Great hotel for a couple nights. Rooms are nicely appointed. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Room came with fridge, microwave, iron, coffee maker. The mattresses could be a little more comfortable.     Overpriced, ripped off, dishonest, dirty HOTEL.

    Absolutely overpriced, a friend was billed $50 for a dirty face cloth. dirty smelly rooms, front staff is horrible. I could honestly go on and on but why. This place will never change. I can not wait until the Holiday inn up the road is renovated and back up and running. DON'T STAY HERE. go to Hampton suites pay a little more for A WHOLE LOT BETTER.Back again because I had no choice. And once again nothing but issues. Called 2 hours before checking in and put the names on my three reservations and asked for the specific rooms. I was told the king executive with Jacuzzi and the couch bed was taken sorry. I asked how many kings executive with Jacuzzi do you have? They replied 2. I said that's funny as I booked both and have confirmation numbers how can it be taken?After 20 mins on hold she got back on the phone and said oh yes, they are both in your name. I gave the names for each room and what room # they go to. Got a call 30 mins later from our friend saying she was there, and her name is not on the reservation, and they have no idea. Once I arrived after 30 mins, we finally got it solved and checked in. About 1 hour later I noticed they charged my card $800 for incidentals. That's $200 a night per room per night for the 2 executive suites as the queen room was being paid for by the person staying in it. An absolute joke. The hotel is a joke. DON'T EVER STAY HERE. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.PS to anyone booking a group booking DON'T. Years ago, we had a contract for a certain number of rooms for our event and they cancelled approx. a month before our event on us. I assume they got a bigger contract because they tried to say they double booked us, and the other group booked first. Funny when I asked for proof there was a convenient computer issue.Just checked out one of the 2 rooms had ants. Hundreds of ants. The front desk solution was to give us bleach in a spray bottle from the laundry so we could spray and kill them. Then sleep smelling bleach. Lol fabulous. Picture is just a tiny amount of the hoards. Killed and cleaned up hundreds. I noticed the day after they billed me $50 for a missing blanket. I called the manager who says the brown blanket in the closet is missing. You stayed with us about 4 different times last year, then sometimes in January and April this year and still have couple rooms booked for later this September. Your satisfaction is important to us as a valued Choice Privileges member but we need you to communicate your grievances and unpleasant experience in a calm way and the right manner.We hope for an opportunity to properly host you the next time you stay with us.
