We booked an acessible room, for my family member in wheelchair. Confirmed this, checked in at check in time and no acessible rooms available. They made our trip much more difficult after we booked ahead of time to ensure we had what we needed. We have stayed before with acessible rooms and that why we rebooked with this hotel. Also acessible roomd with 2 beds only on the 3rd floor. When asked what the fire plan is for those in a wheelchair on the 3rd floor with no elevator, all we got was a shrug of thier shoulders and an I dont know. Chantel Wilson, General Manager at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Truro, responded to this review I would like to extend yet another apology that the room you booked was not presented at check in. As per our conversation at checkout, another guest needed to extend their stay who also needed the accessible room, that is why you were moved to the next available option, which you seemed to be ok with given it was a similar layout to the accessible room requested. I have reiterated to my staff that in the event of an emergency the Fire Department are responsible for assisting all of our guests who may need help out of the building. We hope that this does not deter you from staying with us in the future.

Clean comfortable stay at the Hampton Inn in Truro. Highlight was the larger than expected fitness center! Would recommend if Truro is your destination or on your travel path.

Nice, new hotel with practical design features. The location is somewhat isolated, however. The free breakfast was decent. Loved that both light and dark coffee was offered. The staff was somewhat unfriendly though.

Friendly staff, great locations, nice clean rooms with lots of counter space in the bathroom, and a wonderful included breakfast - Hampton Inns never disappoint. I have to say that the breakfast staff are some of the most accommodating people - always willing to get anything you need. So nice! I will say that the utensils here were the skinniest, flimsiest things ever, which was odd. Plus, they never had English Breakfast tea. Not really a complaint, but an observation. The chain is always wonderful with great service

Being a Hilton Diamond member I have stayed in my fair share of Hilton's. This property is by far a touch above the rest. Staff was very helpful about the local eateries and very welcoming. Clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend.
