This hotel is centrally located on Naama Bay, in the centre of Sharm El Sheikh. It is only separated from the Hilton Fayrouz Resort beach by a road. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are to be found nearby.

Guests have a choice of 394 rooms. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop.
