I booked this hotel April of 2024 for a two night stay. We got there, the hotel was NOT very appealing and upon receiving the room, it was not cleaned properly. We decided to leave the hotel. We advised the hotel that we would PAY for that current night, however, we would like to check out early and receive a refund for unused night. The reception told us that we would have to speak with the manager by telephone. We are still waiting for the manager to call us back and its 2026... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR SERVICE and absolute no competency in conflict resolutions. STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN INSTEAD as they are competent enough to manage client relations.

Booked a room on the 2nd floor as family members have allergies to cats and dogs. Supposedly animals allowed only on the 1st floor to accommodate those who may love dogs but are allergic. Those folks can book on the 2nd floor.Anyways walked into our 2nd floor room and it smelled like a wet dog. Family in a room down the hall had the same issue. Since we only were sleeping there 1 night and everything was booked solid in town we stayed. It was a long night of inhaler use and benadryl. The tv was good though. The wifi as well. The room small and outdated and the bathroom ceiling had what looked like mold spores.This place needs a good cleaning. Won't stay again.

We were very pleased with our room for the two nights The room was clean and had everything we needed The bed was very comfortable.The receptionist was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful Would definitely stay there again the price was perfect for our budget Parking was perfect didn’t have to go far to get to our door

A big shout out to Bilal for exceptional customer service! We had rooms booked for a family event and didn't request adjoining or ground floor until our arrival. Bilal, pleasantly, made this happen. Our rooms were clean and fully stocked with coffee, cups and towels. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

I have been in this hotel several times, always friendly staff, clean, good attention in special the house keeping supervisor Yoslainis she saw me having trouble with my baggages and she helped me right away, smile to me, open the door for me and even helped me bringing my staff into the room real nice and professional person, Thanks a lot to confort inn for hiring people like that
