    Check in was very easy (we didn’t have a reservation). Staff was very welcoming. The room was a standard room, clean and quiet. The pillows were a little small but still comfortable when you’re tired. The complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of selection (hot and cold food available). Very code to Safeway and Walmart. Check out was very simple too. Highly recommend this hotel.

    I'd looked through reviews before we booked this hotel...saw some that weren't so great....but for the price, we decided to stay here. Two nights, plenty of places to eat, two grocery stores you could walk to and the young man who was working the front desk was amazing (We were a very late check in). The important stuff: bed and pillows were fabulous, bathroom was clean and it had one of the best continental+ breakfasts I've ever had. Thaw and heat omelets at one point, and what others have complained about, powdered eggs. Those don't bother me one bit, so I may not be objective, but they were never old or fake tasting. Fresh fruit...really amazing fresh fruit...and no charge/ came with the price of the room. Others have commented that the staff was solid but wondered if the owner(s) operated at the same level of concern for guests, and I'd tend to agree. Soon as we opened the door to our room, we smelled smoke. That great front desk guy, didnt hesitate to change our room. No smell in that room, but the door lock kept beeping. Went back to front desk and he said, "push door forward when going in, and pull towards you when leaving'(something like that). Point is, he knew right away a fix, meaning, it's not getting fixed; not a staff issue to the point about the owners. I would stay there again, no issues.

    Overpriced for its category. The breakfast buffet was so scarce they couldn't even provide cream for the coffee and the eating area was filthy. Be warned: housekeeping acts as a loud unwelcome alarm clock with their 8am vacuuming.

    I am writing regarding my recent stay at Ramada Hinton on August 29–30, 2025. I booked one night and paid $271.49 in full. After checking out on August 30, I was surprised to see an additional charge of $186.90 applied to my account.According to your staff, this was due to a stain on the bed sheet. However, this charge is unreasonable. My young son experienced a nosebleed during the night because the room was very dry. Blood stains are normally removable with standard hotel laundry procedures such as bleaching, and we did not damage or intentionally soil any property. It is disappointing that rather than handling this with proper cleaning, the hotel decided to pass this cost on to us.In addition, our overall stay was not satisfactory. The hallway was dirty, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the pool water appeared unclean, leaving my son’s skin irritated. These issues made our family trip less comfortable than expected from a reputable brand like Ramada.

    We enjoy this hotel have stayed a few times. It’s great that it’s close to Jasper and pet friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
