    Enjoyed our overnight stay here. Big rooms with restaurants attached for easy dinner. Nearby to trails and local coffee shops, too. Local sheep were entertaining. Parking was a small hike to our room, and not secured, but free was nice. Kains restaurant also gave us our meal takeaway to our room, which was super helpful with our toddler. Bed was comfy, the bathroom was a little tired, and there were some humming/vibrations overnight, which made sleep a little difficult for me (could be considered loud white noise).

    Travelled with 2 young kids. Decided to visit the hot springs and get away from city life.We had a fantastic stay at Prestige Inn Radium! The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, we slept so well each night. What really stood out, though, was the super friendly staff. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and genuinely helpful, which made our experience even better.A nice bonus was the complimentary bike rentals a great way to explore the area without having to drive. It’s those little touches that really make a difference.They do have a pool, hot tub, and coin laundry on site all located on the first floor.The lobby is on the 2nd floor.Even if your room it’s on the first floor it’s all interior corridor, no access from your room to the parking lot, figure I point that out as I know there are travellers who prefers interior corridor for safety reasons. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Radium. We’ll definitely be back!

    Well situated to Radium amenities and next to Sinclair Canyon

    We stayed here for 3 nights in July as a family of 2 adults and two small children. It is situated on one end of a traffic circle but there are lots of dining and amenities all around that are walking distance. Very close by is Screamers Ice Cream.Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend the coffee and tea station next to the front desk over the coffee inside our hotel room. Freshly brewed and also hot water available for tea (and yes, really nice specialty teabags).We were on floor 1 which was ground level. What's nice here is that there is laundry washer/dryer on each floor. They do tend to be occupied in the evenings and take loonies only ($2 to wash, $3 to dry) and hotel can run out of coins to change so I'd advise to have a stack on hand. Laundry hours run 8am-10pm.Our room was spacious and the kitchenette was a big help in the morning and evenings. Cookware and utensils are provided.As for the bathroom, the vessel sink is really high up so kids might need a lift to wash their hands. Shower pressure is amazing.     We arrived at the Prestige Radium upon a day of Nordic skiing! The service at the reception was outstanding!! The manager on site and the front desk worker were welcoming! The manager provided us with a beautiful room!We had dinner in the Cantina. Excellent food , atmosphere and service! The same to be said for the Conrad Kain the next day for breakfast.In summary, a terrific experience. We would highly recommend the Prestige Radium !
